Refund policy

A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. For the purposes of this policy, "consumer" means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can be attributed primarily neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging and soiling the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components to us. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to provide sufficient protection against transport damage.
  2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
  3. Please note that the provisions set out in paragraphs 1 and 2 above are not a precondition for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
